Trimethylolpropane trioleate is an ISO 46, biodegradable and hydrolytically stable polyol ester suitable for use in a wide range of applications, including metalworking fluids, rolling oils, hydraulic fluids and environmentally acceptable lubricants,e.g., fibre auxiliary （spinning finish） . Applications and recommended typical usage method:
a. TMPTO-A is recommended as lubricant base fluid for hydraulic fluids fire resistant - HFD-U,typical treat rate is up to 98%.
b. TMPTO-B,TMPTO-C are recommended as high effective ester base lubricant additive.
— for Ferrous Metal Rolling Oils,typical treat rate is 5-90%,
— for Metalworking fluids (MWF) - neat and water solube cutting and grinding ,typical treat rate is 5-90%
— for Metalworking fluids(MWF)- neat and water soluble drawing and stamping,typical treat rate is 5-90%.
c. TMPTO-B is recommended as smoothing agent for formulating the preparation agent of chemical fibre such as FDY,etc.,the typical treat rate is 30-40%.
Packaging suitable for transportation: 180KG/ galvanized iron drum (NT WT) or 900KG/IBC tank(NT WT).----FCL of 1X20' container quantity: 18tons by IBC tank,14.4tons by 80 pieces of drums.
Shelf life: 1 year.
