Glycerol mono stearate(GMS 40% grade,GMS 95% grade) usually is whitish solid wax in flake or powder, without odour and toxicity,  GMS is oil soluble non-ionic surfactant with HLB value of 3.6 - 4.0. CAS: 123-94-4; 31566-31-1，glycerol mono stearate widely applied as polyethylene foam additive and stabilizer,also widely in use for food & beverage chemical.

Characteristics for  glycerol mono stearate（GMS 40% grade and GMS 95% grade):

1.GMS as a lipophilic non-ionic surfactant with HLB of 3.6 - 4.2,it has effects of emulsification, dispersion, foaming, defoaming, starch anti-aging and fat agglomeration control, and is widely used in foodstuffs, cosmetic, medicine and plastic processing industries. It is an emulsifier used the most widely and in the largest quantities in the foodstuff industry.單甘酯作為一種極為重要的非離子型表面活性劑，在眾多領(lǐng)域都因其無毒可按任意比例添加而得到廣泛的應(yīng)用。

2.Either  type (GMS40% grade or GMS95% grade) can be applied as  the important  ingredient for compounding ACR processing aid  and the necessary internal lubricating component for composite lead heat stabilizers in the PVC fields,recently GMS also widely applied as the processing aids for rubber compounding.單甘酯在塑料加工助劑抗沖ACR配制中能作為重要的增韌潤滑劑和非離子型抗靜電劑，單甘酯也是配制PVC復(fù)合鉛鹽熱穩(wěn)定劑系列產(chǎn)品中不可或缺的潤滑劑,和硬脂酸并用時(shí),需相應(yīng)減少部分硬脂酸,能增加熱穩(wěn)定性和減少硬脂酸的析出,并可促進(jìn)PVC產(chǎn)品的增塑性,內(nèi)外潤滑均衡,相容性得到進(jìn)一步的改善。***近，單甘酯也正開始在橡膠助劑復(fù)配中作為重要的分散潤滑劑來應(yīng)用。

3.In U-PVC pipe and profile plastic industry, GMS can be directly used as the main internal lubricant，especially glycerol mono stearate (purity ≥ 95 %) as polyethylene foam additive and stabilizer.   單硬脂酸甘油酯是非常有效的表面活性劑和內(nèi)潤滑劑，對于PVC-U異型材或管件管材加工領(lǐng)域，極性適中的單甘酯潤滑劑兼具內(nèi)-外潤滑作用,提高了體系的加工性能和熱穩(wěn)定性能；與其它主要作為潤滑劑的比如PE蠟相比,可大幅提高表面光潔度和產(chǎn)品整體的透明度，適合用于PVC排水管件、PVC異型材、PVC板材等制品加工中. 另外在塑料加工中也可同時(shí)用作潤滑劑和抗靜電劑。該品是一種非離子型的酯類抗靜電劑，若將其涂敷在塑料基體表面，可防止靜電蓄積而發(fā)生抗靜電效能，多用于聚烯烴比如PE、PP等非極性樹脂中。

4.In textile and dyeing industry, GMS95 grade can effectively prevent discoloration and act as the best softener in the fabrics單甘酯作為紡織印染助劑，是織物******的防變色及柔軟劑。

5.As antifogging agent (antidripping agent) for agricultural greenhouse film，GMS95 can show its property of atomization resistant  and dribble resistant,it has excellent atomization efficacy and generates humidification on the film surface. The coagulative bead drops down the humid film so that it avoids the bead dribbling to the crops. 單甘酯在塑料薄膜中用作流滴劑和防霧劑的主要組份。在農(nóng)用大棚膜配方中應(yīng)用***多的防霧劑是單硬脂酸甘油脂，防滴農(nóng)膜中加入量偏大。
